The Purpose Pathway Consulting was born from a passion for helping others bring their visions to life, grounded in both professional experience and personal growth.

Throughout my career in education, nonprofit leadership, program development, and organizational strategy, I consistently found myself in roles where I was helping individuals and teams navigate complex transitions, set goals, and move projects forward. Yet time and time again, I witnessed a common struggle: people had the vision, but lacked the clarity, structure, and actionable plan to bring that vision to reality.

I understand the frustration of having big dreams without a clear path forward because I’ve lived it—both professionally and personally. I’ve led programs, developed teams, built strategies, and walked through my own seasons of transition and growth, often having to create the very tools and frameworks I wished existed.
